Iain Burton-Legge is a highly experienced make-up artist who has been in the industry for over eighteen years and is based in LONDON and the MIDLANDS.
I was first inspired to make-up, whilst working with photographer Peter Ashworth and fashion design company Velvet Ink Design and subsequently collaborated with some of the foremost music entrepreneurs of the 80's, Steve Strange (Visage) and Alana Currie (The Thompson Twins).
I continued my training within the profession and started my career in London working with some of the most prestigious names in the business, Chanel, Christian Dior and Revlon. During my career I have been involved in many areas. I have worked on fashion shoots in the UK and the Continent and have also arranged and directed Fashion shows to promote the cosmetic business.
In the entertainment field I have worked in theatre, film and TV.

I am also involved in the area of teaching and work is a part-time lecturer at The London Academy of Radio,TV and Film. I am also Course Leader of Theatrical, Media Makeup, Costume and SFX at Worcester College of Technology. I
give masterclasses for the everyday woman who wants to learn more about the techniques of make-up in general.
